Dolphin of the Months for January and February are Frank Christian for his general excellent swimming. Frank won three open water swims in three days and he also won the Pier to Pub.

Training on Monday & Thursday nights have fewer swimmers participating, so if any members want a little more attention or feedback from Frank in regards to their swimming or strokes, these are the nights to attend.
