Aerobic Program

 

Compete and earn points for your club in a National Competition without even leaving the training pool!

All Dolphin members can take part regardless of their ability. Every swim you do will count towards the Club result. Points are scored according to age, sex, stroke and distance swum.

You may choose the distance/stroke you wish to swim. Please remember that if you swim it is expected that you will time-keep the next swimmer.

It is an easy way of improving and monitoring your swimming performance.

Aerobic sessions operate on the 2nd and 4th Sundays of the month.

On Saturday mornings Brian Walsh and Julie Fechner are conducting a full aerobics program in the indoor pool from 7.15am.

Anyone wanting to do an aerobic swim at 8am on a Thursday will need to see either Robyn Gillespie, Alan Gibson or Julie Fechner.
